Create new punching, drawing, and progressive tools
Independently performing tool repairs and maintenance
Assembly and disassembly of tools and components
Tool tryouts on the tryout press
Timely processing of customer orders
Completed apprenticeship as a Tool Mechanic, ideally with a specialization in punching and forming technology, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in toolmaking is desirable
Strong commitment to quality
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work style
Motivation, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
Willingness to work shifts (late shift every 3rd week)
